Pricing and Fee Structure
She' believes in full transparency with our clients. Therefore, we offer various services related to Interior Design, Purchasing Services, and Project Management. Our commitment is always to provide quality service and build a positive rapport with our clients from the start.
Interior Design
Interior Fixed Fee
• The Client agrees to pay a fixed fee for a specific Interior Design Services project.
• The fixed project fee, the scope of work, installment payments (if applicable), and due dates will be presented to the Client in writing or via email after the appropriate consultation.
• Should the Client require additional services beyond the original scope of work, the fixed project fee and schedule will be amended.
• The fixed project fee will cover the project Interior Design Services but does not cover incidental expenses which must be covered by the Client (e.g. products, materials, accessories, etc., all additional costs will be covered by the client's budget limitation.)
$10 per sq. foot for design schemes and shopping list
10% mark up on purchases (if products are purchased by She')
$1000 for installation (if handled by She')
Professional Organizing
Relocation Services
Hourly
• The Client agrees to pay an hourly fee for professional organizing and/or relocation services.
• The fee is $100/hour unless amended in writing/email.
• A good faith estimate will provided of expected project hours.
• Hourly fees will be invoiced to the Client and are payable within a day of the service date.
• The hourly fee only covers services provided by She' and does not include any expenses needed to complete the project (e.g. products, materials, accessories, etc., all additional costs will be covered by the client's budget limitation.)
Purchasing Services
Purchasing Services
• We will purchase merchandise on behalf of the Client.
• She' will be compensated via the difference between the Client’s discounted price from She' and She's discounted wholesale price from the manufacturer.
• The Client will pay no other fees or charges for the Purchasing Service itself
Project Management
Project management fee scale by the hour or percentage of project cost:
She' standard fee is by the hour for smaller projects or projects without a clear timeline. Larger scale projects fee is by percentage of the total project cost. Percentage averages from 5.00 - 1.50%
