To ensure scheduling availability and proper planning for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur a fee. • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. • Deposits and retainers, if applicable, are non-refundable and will be applied toward the scheduled service. • Clients may reschedule based on availability.
