Interior Design
Fixed Project Fee
• The Client agrees to pay a fixed fee for a specified Interior Design Services project.
• The total project fee, scope of work, installment schedule (if applicable), and due dates will be provided to the Client in writing or via email following the initial consultation.
• Any requests for services beyond the original agreed scope will require a revised fee and updated project timeline.
• The fixed project fee covers Interior Design Services only and does not include incidental or third-party expenses. These include, but are not limited to, furnishings, materials, décor, accessories, and other purchasable items, all of which remain the responsibility of the Client within the approved budget.
Additional Fee Structure
• Design Scheme + Shopping List: $10 per sq. ft.
Includes space planning, concept development, and curated product sourcing list.
• Procurement Markup: 10%
Applied to all purchases made or managed by She’ for client-approved items.
• Installation Fee: $1,000 flat fee
Applies when She’ manages on-site installation and final styling.

Through established vendor relationships and trade resources, SHE’ manages product selection and purchasing coordination while ensuring all selections align with the project vision and budget.

Project Management
Project management services are offered either at an hourly rate or as a percentage of the total project investment depending on project size and scope.
