Sheila Viera is a South Florida native, creative strategist, and founder of SHE’ — a design and lifestyle studio centered around intentional living, organization, and elevated spaces. Inspired by travel, culture, art, and human connection, Sheila approaches every project with a deep appreciation for beauty, balance, and functionality.

Her journey began in 2010 specializing in professional home organizing. What started as a passion quickly evolved into a multifaceted creative career shaped by years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Throughout her professional career, Sheila has supported high-level executives, managed operations and budgets, and developed a strong foundation in strategy, project management, and client relations. Yet, transforming spaces and creating meaningful experiences has always remained at the center of her work.

As a creative strategist, Sheila believes every space should reflect the lifestyle, energy, and individuality of the people within it.
